The municipality of Chiesina Uzzanese is located in a totally flat area. In the central square of the village the remains of a Xenodochio built during the Middle Ages as a refuge for pilgrims traveling along the Via Francigena are still visible. Other places of cultural and artistic interest are the parish church of Santa Maria della Neve built in 1848 (as evidenced by an inscription on the west side of the building) and the remains of the mill in the hamlet of Molin Nuovo.
