Its oil, its wine, the Slow Food Presidia of Fagiolo di Sorana and Pecorino della Montagna Pistoiese, are just some of the products that deserve to be known. And let’s not forget the Waffles of Montecatini and the Brigidini of Lamporecchio, two delicacies not to be missed for the most gluttonous palates. During the Open Week it will therefore be possible to discover and taste the typical foods of the territory with tastings of products of excellent quality at km 0. Such as, for example, the tasting of organic honey of “Gaggìa” of the Padule di Fucecchio, snacks and lunches from to taste following a walk in the woods or for the villages of the territory, the tasting of Vinsanto Doc della Valdinievole and extra virgin olive oil produced by the Marzalla family farm.
